When my late mother passed away, I approached Carol Roach to present a eulogy at the funeral service. At the time grief had taken over and I was unable to process things properly.

Carol was very approachable, understanding and compassionate. She took the time to discuss my mum and her life. I felt very comfortable with her and she was able to include all the important points, I wanted including in the eulogy.

On the day, Carol arrived in good time and was very reassuring. She had an air of calm, about her but reflected confidence and professionalism. She delivered the eulogy confidently, in a professional manner. She took all the pressure off me on the day. 

I would highly recommend hiring Carol Roach as a funeral celebrant. A very professional service by a lovely lady.

‘Carol was the celebrant at the funeral of my father in July this year. It is not easy dealing with everything that follows the death of a parent, but Carol was a huge help to me as someone outside the family on who I could rely. She immediately introduced herself to the funeral director concerned and did much of the liaison work on my behalf. (They commented to me on a number of occasions how impressed they were with her professionalism and attention to detail).

She was thoroughly prepared for the service itself, and as a result it went extremely smoothly; everyone attending knew the exact running order, what was occurring and where to go. She spoke warmly and movingly of the deceased, but more importantly it shone through to all there how much she cared. Without exception, the attendees expressed their gratitude for how well she conducted the service.

Hopefully I won’t personally need to call on Carol’s services again for some time to come, but I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone wanting a compassionate, warm, sympathetic and capable celebrant for their loved one’s passing’

This is the second funeral Carol has conducted for us. I cannot praise Carol Roach enough as a celebrant. We celebrated the life of our mother Freda last week, and along with the help of co-op Funeral services, the service could not have been bettered. I received an informal questionnaire from Carol shortly after engaging her services and met up a few days later to go through every detail of the service. Any help needed before the day was promptly given. She conducted the service itself with great dignity and kindness throughout. Not only were we extremely happy with everything the funeral director was very impressed too and thanked me for introducing her. An outstanding celebrant who we recommend in the highest possible terms.
